Luis A. Araujo

A graduate from UT Brownsville’s School of Business with a major in marketing. Fueled by passion, creativity and design, Luis left South Texas in pursuit of greater opportunities found in metropolitan markets.

After living abroad and working in Marketing, Sales and Consulting, he took an opportunity to enter the candle industry and with it gained knowledge of production, design and development of product as well as accessories for key client accounts. This was Luis’s first introduction to the world of interiors.

His career then took him to Dallas and in an effort to adapt in the post 9/11 economy, he began a new endeavor in management, sales, and design for a national stone manufacturer. This exposed him to the world of Residential, Commercial, and Hospitality Interior Design. Soon after, Tufenkian Artisan Carpets offered him the opportunity to further expand his knowledge of product and interiors as the Dallas Showroom Manager and Regional Salesperson. This experience solidified his presence in and love for the Commercial and Hospitality industry.

After 8.5 years in sales and management a new adventure was to be had. What began as a new venture as an Independent Sale Representative quickly made way to the formation of a new company, LA NA Art LLC. It is Luis’s privilege to represent lines of fine craftsmanship and a great joy to be a part of the process of creating beautiful products for the Commercial and Hospitality Industry while still working with a few favorite Global Residential designers.
